does drinking- your abilitys

im 16 and everytime i party hard and drink abit i feel bad does it affect my fitness or anything i always exercise real hard next day to make myself feel better. yea so does it affect my overall fitness i might stop soon seing im fighting in October

It does really affect your fitness, i drink every weekend and when i started football training again for the new season id been out the night before and was absolutely terrible, i was coughing up **** and really dehydrated. If your fighting in October, id forget about alcohol for about 4-6 weeks before the fight to be at full fitness.

Yeah after a big weekend i defently notice the difference on monday and throughout the week. Last weekend i was designated and my body thanked my for it, everything about my training has been that much better.

Drinking really dehydrates you. You need to make sure that you replenish those fluids by drinking a LOT of water the next day or 2.

I wouldn't drink within 4 to 5 days of any type of significant fight.
