Im new to boxing I spend 3 days a week in the boxing gym and everynight at the regular gym to cut and drop weight. On off days of lifting and boxing, I find jump rope and speed bag to be the best thing I can do. Im attached to the jump rope right now. I may be doing the wrong thing but its where im at for off days

Before I got a gym membership I did at home training.

I still do it sometimes when I don't feel like going out.

Here are some things I do.

For legs- I fill my backpack up with dumbells or rocks and do squats and lunges or run up a hill

or I pick up my 100lbs heavy bag and do squats or platform jumps

For back I do pull ups off my roof or I use a doorway pull up bar.

Sit ups

I take a truck tire I have in my garage and take a 15lbs sledge hammer and whack it 20 reps each arm and do it in 8 sets and it builds up power

Resistance Tubing is like a home gym in itself and I can do limitless exercises with them.
