Im 5"11, and i weigh 130 1b, im 18, i do work out and i am in shape but my boxing skills are minor if that, i have a bag and gloves and try to study up on boxing a little for help, but i can't say im ready for a match against someone who already has experiance. I also could use a little help with nutrition, what i should be eating, while working out to help gain weight, i would like to be in the 140's, anyone have any suggestions? thank you

i try to stick to as heathy a diet as posible. in the morning i eat poridge with bannana chopped in it, at lunch i have something like some grilled chicken with salid and a little dressing and about 6.30pm ill have a pasta dish or some grilled steak with boiled potaotos. ( i do like the odd pizza though).
im 6ft/3inc and weigh 231 just now however im strolling through 6 rounder's just now.
