I'm around about 5'10" and weigh a somewhat flabby 187lbs. I bench a lot... but I can be a hell of a lot stronger for a guy my height and weight... if I had little fat that is! I HAVE OVER 20% BODY FAT AND THAT REALLY DOES SUCK! Anyways... I'm planning on getting down to somewhere between 14% and 3% body fat and set up the prime of my life... whether that'll mean I'll gain a lot more weight and muscle and find myself around CRUISERWEIGHT-HEAVYWEIGHT RANGE... or getting very low on body fat... and weighing around about 20-30 pounds or so less and being somewhere... the lowest I'm willing to go is a Light-Heavyweight (154lbs)... we'll see how I go... WHAT DO THINK? I have a brawling style... I've got to get my CONDITIONING IN ORDER?
