testosterone suppliments
I have seen a number of different testosterone boosters, anti-estrogen supplements, and I have read articles that support there use and benefit.
-- But
If you look at most of them the main ingredient's are common vitamins and minerals. These products are not FDA regulated, mainly because what is in them doesn't warrant it. B complexes, Magnesium ....
Personally I believe that if you eat clean, healthy and in proper quantity then you will have no need for these supplements.
But I agree this is hard, so I lean what is in these products, research them and then find how to get the same thing from a good source.
You can read a number of good supplement articles at t-nation.com, they may sway you one way or the other.
I have found that the best way to increase your testosterone is strength training - and this is not the same as body building.
Have you ever thought about how you eat? Do you microwave your food in tupperware, drink bottled watter? Are you aware of what you are ingesting that will elevate your estrogen level?
