Neck Exercises

Hey it's me again. As the title says I am looking for good body-weight neck exercises since i have no access to weight equipment right now. I was wondering if there was a type of stretch that would help me out I think I've seen Wrestlers do a bridge using their neck to hold up their body I think and was wondering if that was a good way and wanted to ask before I try it and damage or break my neck and find out it won't help me at all

Thanks Help/Advice is much appreciated!

There is a way to do it without weight but it's hard to explain without pics or a video but I'll do my best for ya.

Lay down on your back keeping your head off the ground and just nod your head forward without moving your shoulders.

Move your neck side to side. Your not shaking your head no, your moving your head from shoulder to shoulder. This works the side of the neck

Get on your stomach and again do the same thing to work the back of your neck.

For increase resistance you can do it by hanging your head over the foot of your bed.

Reps should be anywhere between 50 and 100 since your aren't using weight.
