Hey Guys like most on this site i am in the process of finding a local gym. While I'm doing this I was wondering if there was some stuff i could do to help me get in shape.
What I'm asking for is kind of a lesson plan:
ex
2 miles jogging
1 mile sprint
50 jumping jacks
and so forth

stupid example i know but It'd be much appreciated if someone could help me with this.
also is there a certain time limit i should be aiming for when i run? i heard your suppose to finish your road work in 35 or like 25 minutes
