That's good to know, I wasn't sure if they could be combined. I appreciate the info.

You're talking about 2 totally different things.

You NEED Protein to recover from exercise. An athlete needs at least 1-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight in order to recover and repair damaged muscle tissue.

ON 100% Whey Protein has BCAA's and Glutamine. A great protein product.

Creatine is an amino acid found in Red Meat and Fish. Our body's already produce it. Just not in quantities that would produce a noticeable effect on body composition.

Creatine's purpose is cellular hydration and draws water into muscle cells for the appearance of growth. Unfortunately this can also lead to edema (water retention and bloating of the gut) It can also help with strength and recovery as well as endurance.

Creatine, IMO, can be compared to Steroids because like steroids when you stop using it, you never keep 100% of your results, acutally, with creatine, you probably won't even keep half of what you put on.

My suggestion, is avoid creatine. But if your dead set on using it, Creatine Mono is the way to go. There is a product called Volu-Grow by Nutrex. It's the best Creatine Product out there, IMO.

You better off with a Multi, Fish Oil, Whey Protein and some free form Amino Acids

I got Kre-Alkalyn EFX PH Correct Creatine. I was told there's no bloating, loading, cycling or side effects with this one. It also doesn't lose potency before reaching the muscle. Whether this is all true is another story. I've been using it for about 5 days now and I've noticed it does make a difference when training. Is it good for cardio work aswell do you know?
