Never said being unhealthy and obese was the ONLY reason you would be sore, I did not generalize that, the closest I even came to saying something like that was that it's a generalization you can't change and that it would be human instinct to think like that. Still you are the only one bringing that up again and again. You started the insulting, please don't deny that (The Finger you shot at Brooklyn, Reading comprehension is not you guys' strong point huh?), then defending that you are not fat etc like we even said you were. I referred to you as pork chop in one of my posts simply...to refer to you. You are obviously still putting your emotion over mind in this thread. .

Believe what you want to believe.
There's nothing that I'm gonna say that'll change either of your minds.
This has already gone far beyond pointless.
I freely admit possibly being overly sensitive, but getting either one of you to admit that you made a stupid generalization is like pulling teeth.

so beyond done with this...
Since when was pulling teeth out hard? need a better example man..

And by the way you're being overly dramatic and sensitive. Stop being a drama queen you're a boxer. I never said You can ONLY be sore from jogging if you're obese or unhealthy. Those are the obvious ones. Sorry i didn't think of feet injuries and deformities. Just stop where you're at cause you're not going anywhere. Obviously the guy doesn't have club feet and obviously a tear dropped onto your keyboard after writing what you said. You're taking things way to personal and bringing it upon yourself. Not my fault you were born with club feet. Go get surgery and go jogging then. Other than that what am i supposed to do. Most people who DO jog don't have foot deformities.

70 minutes? For 6.4 minutes? Thats more than 10 minutes a mile? You could run 3-6 minute miles and get a better cardio workout. You aren't training for a marathon, and even marathon runners run 6 minute miles easily. Working out should be done with intensity and running 6.4 miles in 10 over each mile is not an intense enough exercise to give you cardio benefits that you will get from running fewer miles at a faster pace.
