He probably did rig the voting machines in Ohio, etc. I'll give you that. I contradicted you more because you were saying he was wrong while taking shots at him (calling his diet girlie, etc.), fyi if you want to teach someone or show them they are wrong it will go smoother and be accepted faster if you don't take shots at him while you do it.

Na man, you dont need to be a chef, you just have to know when it's done, most of that you could cook on the George Foreman grill, a skillet, or boil. I dont know why a coach would tell you to stay away from dairy, you can't go wrong with milk in any diet, especially 2% or less.

I didn't call HIM girly though. i was just saying eat more like a boxer thats not what boxers usually eat. Never took shots at him.

For some reason when I read it the first time, I misread some stuff.
Thought the salad was 45 calories, not the dressing (was thinking a very small salad hehe).
Dunno why, but I also read "sandwich" as "pb&j".

That being said, I still think what I said stands as decent general recommendations; not trying to beat the guy up over specifics in his diet- just tell him to keep an eye out for underfeeding.
