Ab routine?

I had a motorbike accident a while back and my back kills when I do sit ups. Does anyone have any good reports on those ab training devices like Ab King Pro? I need something that's going to focus 100% on my abs and not put any strain on my back.

Any suggestions?

Try tightening your stomach and loosening it a lot. Only thing i can think of other than that...you're screwed

Tighten, suck in your stomach, hit yourself in the abdomen. That's what my coach makes us do for a few reps to get used to punches in the stomach, kills a few nerves, and will probably strengthen it a bit. Though the kills a few nerves thing probably isn't good.

Alright, thanks. I'll try out those things.
