Is it okay to eat eggs everyday?

I've been eating eggs everyday for the last 3 days. I just wanted to know if its healthy if i continue eating them all the time. I've been eating two eggs a day with wheat bread. But i heard the yolks are very high in colesterol and fat so i'm only gonna leave one yolk each time.

It's better to eat none, but yeah, one yolk is good, it's the only way to make it taste good. Eat 3-5 of em a day with 1 yolk, you can fry em with pam, pam has 6 calories per spray so it's better than regular oil, alternatiely, you can microwave em for 1 minute and 30 seconds, poach them, boil them, don't eat it raw though, you could catch a disease in the case an egg wasn't well inspected. Good source of protein since you should be eating about 150-160 grams of it to get some muscle gains every day. That's probably about how much your body can take, any more of it and my guess is it'll turn to fat.

yeah ive been making it with regular oil but ill try the pam. Ur a little off about the 150 - 160 grams of protein a day. Thats how much a body builder should be taking, not a boxer. I dont think a boxer would need any more then 70 or 80 grams a day.

Nope, grams or so is to build health, if you wanna get some muscle in you, atleast take 120 grams. Though it's hard for me to get in anything like that myself, I only eat about 100 grams or so a day. Roast beef, chicken, tuna, and eggs are better than supplements for me. roast bef and eggs especially, roast beef is 70 calories for 4 slices with 15g per 4 slices, egg whites are about 20 or so for even more.

btw: bodybuilders often take 280-300+ per day, what's doctor reccomended isn't always best, they aren't sports specialists, but you should always take the advice of your physician in the case it's serious.

actually i used to lift weights a lot, i know what im saying. No body builder takes 300 grams a day, thats way too much and that seems pretty unhealthy. The recommended amount for gaining mass is a gram of protein for every pound in the body. So if i was still lifting weights, i would be taking in a 138 grams a day.

yeah well those guys are huge and weigh a lot, so they can take around 200 - 300 grams if they weighed that much. Other then that, when people take too much protein they begin to damage there kidneys from overdosing. Its also bad for ur liver if you take more then 60 - 70 grams at once.
