Plyometrics?

i was wondering if anyone had a good plyometric routine for my morning workout. i will have a good 7 hours before boxing, so lots of time to recover.. and help?

ya iv started doing tho's there pritty good. im rely looking for a good routine to increase my explosive pwoer AND SPEED

another good workout for explosiveness is sledgehammer training. Heres a video of Ross from RossTraining.com demonstrating it. YouTube - Sledgehammer Training - RossTraining.com


also a few other things you can do to build speed is shadow boxing with a resistance band. ( those tubes that stretch ).. just put it behind ur back and do a few rounds of punching.. and also shadow box with weights in your hands.. use like 2 or 3 pound weights


these workouts will increase speed, power, and flexibility
