Hey...What do you all think about the Animal Pak supplements?...I think they are great..Give me your insight.

never heard of it but if its anything other then vitamins or whey protein, you probably shouldnt take it. You should try and keep it as natural as possible because you actually dont need all that extra stuff. The only supplements i take is whey protein and an all natural vitamin supplement that comes from fruits and vegetables.

A prime example of marketing success. The animal pack is basically a mega vitamin supplement with vitamins that are too thick and wide for most mortal men to to swallow. I tried them once and struggled to swallow a couple of the multiple vitamins you take, but they aren't any better for you then your average mega vitamin. It is debatable whether you need a mega vitamin anyways, because most of the water soluble vitamins get peed out and the rest are toxic in high doses.
