How much do you train in a week?

i'm trying to gauge how hard i'm working compared to other boxers...my weekly workout goes like this:

Tues & Thurs: I got to a local gym for boxing class. It is around 1 hour and 15 minutes. There are 3 heavy bags. Two light, and one heavy for hooks. (not sure about weight). There is a double end bag. Uppercut bag. We go for 3 minute rounds (switching with a partner). Sometimes we spar. We usually run 2.5 miles.

Every day besides Tues & Thurs:
i now have a stand that holds my 100 lb heavy bag and speed bag. I start by jumping rope. (10 minutes) The jump rope has weights inside of it. (Not sure about the weight). Sometimes i'll run a mile or two. I then go to my speed bag for around 10 mins. Then i hit the heavy bag for 25 mins.

i need tips on training, so please post any. Constructive criticism, if any.

Training advice

This guy has an incredible site. Lots of solid, free advice, and some very decent materials for sale as well.

I train three times a week. Cardio (running, mostly), shadowboxing and hitting the heavy bag. But then again, I'm an "old man" by most standards, and do it for fitness and fun.

If you train 6 to 7 days a week, be sure to vary your workouts, so your body doesn't fall into a "rut". Mix some elements up, if you can. Use weights once in a while, and hit a local pool and swim some laps, if you can.

I go to Larry Holmes's gym on Tuesdays and Wednsdays. I stretch for about 2 min, then for 3, 3 min rounds I shadowbox and dance around in the ring at the same time. For example I might dance from one corner to the one diaganoly across from it and I dance next to the ropes to get there. Then I shadow box from one corner to another and repeat that routine. After that I put the gloves on (I rap my handds when I first get to the gym) and hit the heavy bag for 4, 3 min rounds. After that I go over to the incline board set it to a 45-60 degree angle and do 4 sets of 15 with a 5 lb weight. Then I do the mits for 4-5, 3 min rounds. After that I hit the speed bag for 3, 3min rounds. Then I go jump rope for 3-4 rounds. Then I ride the stationary bike for 10 min. After that I tie the rope up to 2 polls and bob and weave from one end to the other. After that I go home.

i train 5-6 times a week...i like to run between 3-5 days a week of about 1-2 miles, then the 5-6 days a week of training consists of: 3rounds(every round is 3 minutes with 1 minute break between) of jump roping, 3 rounds of shadow boxing, 10-20 pushups inbetween every round of everything except sparring, and 2 sets of sit-ups in the beginning and 2 sets of situps in the end, each set is about 100 total situps, of all kinds, (leg raises, legs flat, legs bent, oblique crunches) and then i like to spar atleast 3 rounds (also every day) then about 3-10 rounds on the heavy bag, and about 1-2 rounds of speed bag depending...
