I've been looking through the threads on here and see loads of questions about what to take supplement wise, as well as diet questions. I personally do not box but am a regular gym goer, run alot, and play football. So have a strict diet plan supported by sports nutrition supplements.
For about six months I've been using Muscle Building & Natural Bodybuilding MegaSite & Community
to ask questions, read reviews, get recipe ideas etc. and found it really useful.
