Question Portable speed bags?

Hey guys,

I live in an apartment and would like to get a speed bag to work on. Are there any speed bags that one can set up in an apartment without the need of a platform?

[Edit] Is something like this any good? Not really what I'm looking for but when you don't have much space it might have to do.

I've not used one of those to be honest. I can tell you flat out that its not going to be nearly as good as a real speedbag setup with a platform. Physics pretty much ensure that it wont move as quickly or as smoothly.

Do you have a freestanding heavy bag? I would much prefer to see you using one of those to practice technique and footwork than spend the dollars on a bad speedbag unit.
