I NEED to go to Vegas lol, I wouldn't want to live in a desert though....

I recently moved to the other side of Manchester to quite a rough part and as you can imagine there's over double the boxing gyms than at my old place.

Currently getting back into fighting fitness been training at Armstrong boxing, Salford now for about 2 months I love it
Hopefully be on some cards soon.

The desert would be the least of your problems. Try traffic, people, 110 degree summer etc...But for boxing, yes it would be place to be.
'Rough part' in England wouldn't be anything like in the U.S? Where you know you don't go to the alphabet letter streets. When I lived there twelve years ago, my gym was on the "H" street.

i work out in Chakuriki Gym in Amsterdam, van hallstraat 52, Xena Sports, lessons by Romeo Kensmill, very technically focused, especially on the defense. but conditioning is brutal too.

If anyone wants to go to a serious boxing gym in the Bay Area, you need to go to King's Gym. It has hosted such fighters as Nonito Donaire, and Andre Ward. Quality place with quality trainers.

Free?

Hey, what's up guysI'm from New York City. I'm seriously looking to get into boxing, I know I can make it and I am eager to. But I am the poorest man on the planet......I go to school and my parents are on public assistance so I am screwed, all the gyms in NY are expensive. I heard some gyms are free and I know there's a free one in Catskill, but that's a 2 hour drive for me. Might be a longshot, but does anyone know any free gyms around New York City? It can be in yonkers, westchester, etc, just less than an hour away, haha. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I check all over the net, and I still am.

Hi,
I am new to this site and to boxing. Has anyone trained at New Bed-stuy boxing club? I've called a few times and got no answer.

If you have info about their rates, trainers, etc. please let me know. thanks!
