Zepol and Boxeo boxing gloves 16 oz lace up
Hi guys, Id like to give you all a review on some lesser known Mexican boxing gloves. Ill be doing a review on Zepol and Boxeo.
First up, Zepol. These gloves are among my favorite gloves. They are longer and more sleek than a Reyes glovs. So those of you who like Mexican style gloves, but find the Reyes hand compartment too wide, these are the gloves for you! The liner is comfortable yet built to last. The gloves come stiff at first, but break in nicely after 2 weeks or so. The thumb on the Zepol is very similar to a Reyes glove, but not as heavily padded. In fact, I can make a tighter first with the Zepols. The wrist support is on par with the Reyes, but it may be a bit more stiff. The construction is very high quality, but maybe not quite as nice as Reyes. But for a glove that is roughly half the cost, I feel that the Zepols more that make up for it. You can't go wrong with this glove.
Up next, the Boxeo. These gloves are possibly the most comfortable gloves I have ever put on. They almost seem broken in when you first get them. It might be due to the goat leather construction. They are not a flashy glove at all. They are all black, and thats it. The wrist support is out of this world due to the laces and a strap that goes around your wrist like a hook and loop. The hand compartment is about the same as the Zepols( a bit narrower that the Reyes). The construction quality is good and will last you a long time. The thumb is nice and tucked away, so you dont have to worry about jamming it. If you have bad wrists, this glove will suit you perfectly.
I purchased these gloves from a member on here that goes by the name of Technoir. I am in no way affiliated with him. His service is impeccable and the communciation is bar none. He is also a genuinely nice guy. He really helped make this a special Christmas by going out of his way to send a pair of hard to find gloves.
This is my first post, so Im sorry if if sucked haha. Happy Holidays to you all
