Lonsdale(UK) Super Pro L-core Training gloves

Hi i'm to start my new job soon. I have already started boxing training at a gym.

With my first pay cheque i want to get my boxing equipment. Decent gloves and hand wraps.

I was wondering if anybody on here has used the Lonsdale Super Pro L-core training gloves?

From the discription they sound really good. I understand the Lonsdale gloves in the USA. Are not as good as the UK gloves.

I have not handled them personally but have not read anything good. I am using adidas gloves and wraps right now and love them for sparring but bag work I think will break them down quickly. I have separate gloves for bag and sparring. These feel awesome and 16oz feel light and very small profile great for punching.

Hi that was a long time ago I posted that question. Thanks for replying. I did go on to do my own research. Back then I got Fairtex classic sparring gloves 16oz, and TBGL-5F Twins Red Traditional Bag Gloves.

If you want a decent priced set of Lonsdale gloves. In the middle of the Lonsdale price range and middle price range for gloves in general. I'd get the Lonsdale Pro Safe Spar. They are good gloves and get good reviews.

Having said that I have recently got Lonsdale Ultimate Pro Fight Training gloves in 16oz. They are very good gloves. Far better than Fairtex, in fit, feel, wrist support, and the weight distribution suits me better.. They are a punchers glove. Being small in profile. Same size as a Fairtex. But the Lonsdale gloves are longer..Like a contest glove. They are holding up nicely as well. Price wise the Lonsdale Ultimate are at the lower end of the upper/premium glove range. Still cheaper than Cleto's or Grants...

Yeah sorry I saw 2/28 didn't pay attention to the 2012 year though. Thanks for reply though.
