Just wonder who are the people on the forum. Those who don't mind...tell a little about yourself. I gave a few odd ball questions, just as a guide line. Answer what ever you feel like, and add what ever you would like.

1. Occupation ? (please don't give your inncome, you most of us will lie on that)

2. Family Status

3. Level of education?

4. other Hobbies and interest?

5. Favorite boxer past and present?

6. State of birth?

7. what ever desribes you?

Far as me

1) I am a sale mng of a store of a nation company. I work nearly 60 hrs a week, but it takes care of the bills. I am currently working on getting my next promotion, and should get it around the turn of the year.

2) Married with 2 1/2 Children, and all of them are girls. If you are wondering about the 1/2, it is because my wife is pregnet. Due in Jan.

3) I am couple hrs. from my masters in Theology. I decided that my masters was a bunch a crap, and choose not to finish my pursuit of it. I felt it was being done for all the wrong reasons. I did study under a few Rabbis/teachers who taught me more, than any semiary and finishing school.

4) Other Interest is my Kids, Dr. Wisdom doesn't have much me time, since I work so much, I try to dedicate my free time to my wife and kids. I do how ever stay up late and chat on these forums, and I do love to watch a good movie, but out side of that, it is all fun and games with the kids.

5) Present favorite Boxer -- Emanuel Augustus Past -- Big George Forman.

6) Kansas is my place of birth

7) I love Black coffee in the morning, it's what makes me barable to my workers. And I love a good glass of red wine at night. I am living my dream being a family man. I married a mexican lady who is the love of my life. My kids are the apple of me eye. I turnly enjoy life, it has handed my a lot of good things.

I am 100% Conseritive, and my political hero is Sir Winston Churchill.

Shalom to you all, and I look forward to see what some of you let known of yourself.

I was born and still live in California. I have played sports all my life. Basketball in high school and jr. college where I also swam and played water polo. I started boxing when I was 8 but I never been in a official match. Been in a lot of street fights though and did a lot of sparring. In my day there wasn't a cruiser weight and I couldn't get down to light heavy. At the time I wasn't very strong and if I would of fought heavy they would of blasted me out of the ring as if I was shot out of a cannon. Now I am an old man but I still spar with my son who takes it easy on me.
I am married with 2 children. My daughter is 19 and can make the speed bag sing. This intimidates her boy friends like crazy. I love it. My son is 23 and a brute of a man but a kind soul. Thank goodness because he's a wrecking ball.
I have worked for a major oil company for 27 years as a plant operator. My hobbies are boxing, basketball, motorcross, weight lifting, golf, Crown Royal, Bud Light.
My favorite boxers are or were: Duran, Hagler, Arguello, Tyson, Foreman, Ali

5. Favorite boxer past and present?
My favorite fighter ... is Rocky Marciano ... and the fighter I most admire ... is Sugar Ray Leonard.

As for the present favorite? I have no favorite fighter.

But if I had to pick one as my present favorite fighter?

I would pick Evander Holyfield in being that he has now made a comeback.

But it's really too early to get all that excited about him. I say that because he's an old guy, but he's got the experience alright, and he's still got the punch ... time will tell?

I would say, ex-fighter ... for me the training for an amateur boxing career began at a very early age (my father was a fighter), at age 9, and I boxed amatuer in my teens and early twenties. It was my life ... and will always be a part of me, despite the fact that I've since lost interest in the sport the way it is today, and seldom to ever watch the fights any more.

Now at age 55, I'm still very athletic and have been all my life ... and continue to workout daily just to keep in shape.
