OK, a few hints. He fought in the 80-90's, Welterweight. Had a huge amount of hype behind him, never lived up to it.

I take my guess back, Stevenson was a heavyweight and fought in the 70's and 80's.

That's easy. Marlon Starling. Breland was winning the fight, till he got knocked the fukk out in the 11th
Good call, I looked at the records after my stab at it and noticed that Lloyd Ragamuffin was indeed beaten by Breland so I got that bit right and Curry was of course champion prior...Marlon Starling indeed...

I hope by quoting you I get to see that bounce again, it is a hell of a bounce after-all:)

Edit..

Darn it I have to look back to your post Hehe.

I have a few, don't go and look them up, try to do it with your head.

Who was the only man to drop Ali when he was champ?

Which welterweight was an onion farmer?

What was the first million dollar gate and where was it held?

Bob Foster, a light heavyweight dropped Ali, and then if I remember, Ali rose and made a bloody mess of him.

I'm going to guess Ali-Fraizer I in MSG for the $1M gate?
