Abraham retains title with twelfth round stoppage over Ayala

Arthur Abraham takes on Elvin Ayala in Kiel, Germany. The undefeated IBF middleweight champion (25-0, 20 KOs) is brimming with confidence ahead of his seventh title defence. “I have big plans for 2008,” the 27-year-old said. “I will start with Ayala..King Arthur has firmly set his sights on a unification clash in the new year.

I dont think Abraham is any good ive seen him fight about 6 times and he stands no chance against any of the top dogs in his weight range.

he looked pretty crappy tonight,if he fought pavlik like that he would'nt make it 3 rounds
with kelly.

I agree with that , he isn't very good. Miranda beat him imo , Pavlik will knock him out.
i agree miranda beat him and was robbed.

According to his manager he's fighting in the u.s.a on 21st of june, then a mandatory in sep. or oct. then Pavlik in december or january. At least he's not doing the usual german thing of just staying in germany for easy money (unlike Erdei who's still somehow rated no. 2 for light heavy by The Ring).
