Unless your binge drinking at a regularity it shouldn't have a drastic effect. Everything in moderation. I drink every once in a while. Maybe once or twice a month I'll have a a few drinks.

But like I said getting ****-faced drunk every weekend isn't good.

Keep it to a minimum.

Just make sure the morning after you drink plenty of water.

But really if your serious about boxing or you are training for an upcoming bout, you shouldn't be drinking at all
