Probably the best way to calm the nervousness is to spar as much as you can from here out, besides that being a little nervous will give you an edge. Stamina, Im sure your in pretty good shape already, but if you really wanna build stamina, sprinting is probably the best way to achieve it, just be careful not to pull anything.
