I have recently heard Amir Khan will be fighting in america next year. I think this is way to soon for him and people are expecting to much from him. Yes he has great potential but what hes doing at the moment is good enough. Hes working his way up the ranks and when the times right will fight for a title.

What do you think about Britains biggest prospect and when should he fight for a world title.

i would say take him to america right now but keep him fighting 8 rounders for the next 12 months against journeyman type fighters.

amir is a special talent as a 17 year old lad he beat living legend mario kindalin the great cuban amature fighter who's beat the likes of tito trinidad over the years. i would wait maybe 12 months and let him fight for maybe an intercontinental belt give him 2 or 3 defences the go for a world title.

if amir stays in the u.k fighting under warren he could end up like calzaghe and hatton fighting bum's in there own cuntry receiving no plaudits, joe was 33 before he got the respect that he undoubtidly desereved and hatton i feel wasted 2 years fighting nobodys in front of big crowds. all warrens fault. take amir to the u.s.
