Hi guys.
Because of the covid-19 lock down at my city, I cannot go the gym for a long time. Just set up the heavybag and weights and start home workout at the garage. Everything is fine, but sparring cannot be replaced. Any good suggestion exercise to improve the fight sense at home workout?
Thx.
P.S. I just made a boxing timer video for my home workout. Share with u guys.

It's great to hear that you're making the most of your home workout setup and staying active during the lockdown. While it's true that sparring is hard to replicate at home, you can still do plenty of exercises to improve your fight sense and keep your skills sharp.
One suggestion is to focus on inspiring your working out area; that will help you enjoy it and work out longer. There are a few ideas at gardenrooms.scot on how to do that

Vitamins can help improve fight sense :) Eat a grapefruit :)
Also, of course, calcium and protein. Well, I'm an advocate of starting to raise the fight sense with nutrition.
