I do a good amount of knuckle(and regular) pushups, I bench a good amount of weight as it's stated to be okay by most instructors. It's been almost two years but my chest is still like a boy scout's. Both visually and functionally. I want to know if it's a good exercise or a "Who are you, a bodybuilder?" type of an idea.
