In a bout that had the fans on their feet, unbeaten cruiserweight B.J. Flores (18-0-1, 12 KOs) recovered from a ninth round knockdown to outpoint Chris "Cold Steel" Thomas (16-7-2, 14 KOs) over twelve rounds on Friday night at Knox Arena in Olive Branch, Mississippi. Scores were 116-112, 116-111, 116-111.
