Becoming a Certified Gym?

Let's say you wanted to open a Boxing gym, what certifications would you need and how would you go about getting certified as a Boxing Coach/Trainer?

How about finding a qualified trainer/coach to run the program?

Who or what certifies them and what is the criteria?
