Anyway, I'd give it to Hagler but it would be a close fight. Hagler has the better track record, simply because he fought guys who were far better than those on Hokins resume (at MW). I also believe Hagler was a more complete fighter, he was better coming forward than Hopkins could ever dream of, although Hopkins defence is fine tuned but that could also be his downfall. Hopkins loves to spoil fights, his done that for about 70% of his career. He'll hold, use elbos etc but none of that would win him many points against Hagler, if Hagler was in a truly aggressive mood.
