well 1st of all it seems easier said then done.

but ur gonna have to be the agresser when fighting a bigger taller guy. the taller guy knows he has the better chance by just jabbing allday and waiting for the set up..

the 1st thing i did when i boxed bigger guys is get as close to him as possible and find your distance were u can become the puncher and have him in an acward spot moving back . when coming foward hes gonna try and land so u dont have the chance to go in but at the same time once ur in u have to be affective , good body shots will be afective, always worked for me and from then i aways landed sum clean uppercutts..
fighting a bigger guy ur gonna take a few licks every time so be prepared.
and if u have more speed then the other guy
then u control the tempo when and how often u go in and come out..
its kinda easier shown then written out..

Yea see that was the thing that took me off my game plan, he kept sticking the jab out there and set me up with a stright right that kept rocking the hell out me very fustrating. when you say speed do you mean foot work or hand speed?

both... cuz if ur quick on ur feet u have the advantge to go in and out when ever u want.
and hand speed u have the ability to beat him to the punch.

so it is best to keep moving around and tire his big butt and then stick the jab? Good to go! Do you have any workouts because my coach is good with teaching you how to box but not good physical fitness any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum man. And thank you for your service :)

As tommy said look in the video section and watch the Valuev vs. Chagaev fight. You will see a man outweighed by 100 pounds and a foot shorter dismantle a 7 footer.

Kick his cojones. He will drop on his knees in excruciating
pain, eyes rolled up and everything... then punch his lights out! (just kiddin').:dunno:

Good example by "PrettyBoyFloyd". Just watch the Valuev vs. Chagaev fight.

Another one was from last week's fight. 5'6" Manny Pacquiao against 5'10" Jorge Solis.
