Wuz up everyone, to get to the point I just had my first full contact sparring session since I been on the base boxing team, I am 6'0 and the other team member was 6'5 and he out boxed me I just could not figure out how to box him. Any suggestions?

Yea see that was the thing that took me off my game plan, he kept sticking the jab out there and set me up with a stright right that kept rocking the hell out me very fustrating. when you say speed do you mean foot work or hand speed?

so it is best to keep moving around and tire his big butt and then stick the jab? Good to go! Do you have any workouts because my coach is good with teaching you how to box but not good physical fitness any suggestions?
