Well, im new to this thread and would appreciate any help. I;ve been boxing for around 4 months and really having difficulty controlling my appetite. I've always had a fast metabloism and use to being able to eat and eat. Now i'm getting in boxing shape and as my body adapts of boxer, i just want to eat and eat. Its hard to control my appetite like eating small meals, i like eating big meals until i stuffed. Any suggestions that can help me out would be really helpful. Thanks

i'm trying to drop weight. I weigh about 157 now but use to weight only 150lbs. I think boxing shape is totally different any other shape. Before i could eat whatever i wanted and still be at my weight because i had a lot of muscle, but my goal is be quicker, drop to welter weight

eat 4-5 small meals a day. it will keep your appetite down, and metabolism up. you will lose fat, but your muscle wont really grow. So, you will have to cut the weight first, before you gain more muscle.
