These are excellent videos and are looking very good. I would recommend that anyone should take some of these tips and use them at their own leisure as they are very good.

Nice link. Decent videos, although there are a few things you could get picky about. For one, they should have hung the bag at the proper height for Manfredo jr. That bag is about a foot too low.
