Hi im new to this site..

Anyway i workout almost daily. Dumbells, Benchpress, pressups ect.

Last week when i was doing my pressups i noticed i coudlnt breath properly.. and it really put my confidence down and always had to stop half way through. I went to the doctors and he dosent know what the problem is.. Since then i get it randomly during the day.

It feels like im not breathing enough.. i take deep breaths but it dont work..

Dose anyone have any idea what this may be? or has anyone got this before?

Sounds like asthma or emphysema but I think your doc would have picked up on either one of those, do you smoke? Maybe your simply not taking breaths at the right time when your working out:dunno:
