Calzaghe is the man. I am from Texas and think he will have trouble with Kessler and have said that many times! However, I still have Joe Calzaghe winning the fight if it ever happens.

Calzaghe will edge Kessler out with speed. The only problem I see him having is that Kessler is good at slipping nice punches against relentless punchers like Calzaghe. Not to compare the two at all but Kessler sure did slow ol Mundine down. I could be wrong though. Kessler could come out and lay hands on Joe. I just don't see it happening.
Great post!

Kessler did in fact have a tough fight with Mundine, i was certainly surprised at Mundine, althought, with Kessler, you see him getting better in each in every fight, the Andrade fight was a great one, what will happen in his next fight? He'll be even better, i just hope the Kessler/Calzaghe fight gets underway, it's going to be a top billing fight and great to watch the two best super middles in the world, this is what the sport needs!

Well having not to go mout of his country is one of his main problems but for me, that's not the big issue, Joe's resume is not that brilliant, he's fighting 160 pounders(Ashira,Manfredo) for a while and beating end of the rope boxers (Eubanks)also calling out Taylor and Hopkins is totally inapropriate when you nhave plenty of challenges at 168, we all know he's making offers that they'd be sure to be refused, Frank Warren is known to be a shark, offers $100,000 and five options even if the opponent loses, that's pretty pathetic if you ask me, there's a whole bunch of reason to hate Calzaghe, his 10 year reign does not mean much yet i havent mentioned about those weird stoppages like in his last fight againts Manfredo, yet, all things we see that you fans don't see
because eubank was robbed against collins he was over the hill. LOL

eubank was still a live body when joe schooled him he fought twice for the cruiserweight title after lossing to joe and should realy have won it but for the swelling to his eye.

the mafredo stoppage was BS but would the result have been any diffrent? i dont think so.

do your homework before posting your "facts" man, kessler is demanding a 50-50 split from a fight with calzaghe thats why negotiations have broke down, since when did the #2 guy at the weight deserve a split unless he was actualy the draw (which kessler most certinlay is not) hell even rjj had the brains to know he was realisticly looking at a 60-40 and roys a PPV fighter even at this stage of his career.

Sure it would've been, Calfaggis hand was broken, what would he have done after that? I say he would've quit! Good thing his beloved ref was there to save him!

Now I know what you are just with thatquote, a tea sippin Calsucky fan, mate, are you frustrated? You don't like me talking about Joe like that hey? Just like the other Calzaghe fans you can't handle the truth, my homework is done chump!

Wow Kessler wants half? That ain't gonna happen, and rightly shouldn't happen. 60-40 would be fare IMO. I just want to see Calzaghe truly tested soon. I haven't seen him pull out a win against someone who had him hurt yet and I really want to.

I'm sorry dude but Manfredo had no chance if both of Calzaghe's hands were broken. Floyd Mayweather breaks his hand in nearly every fight he participates in and he has yet to stop because of his hand and continues to throw his broken hand at his opponents. Joe is a tough guy and would continue as well.

You guys need to calm it down a tad. Calzaghe Vs. Kessler will happen in time.

some children just cant handle facts so they resort to childish behaviour, something thats certinly not needed on this board.

facts are hard to handle for haters, there brain dead small mindedness does give fellow posters some much needed comedy releif though.

Yeah, I know Manfredo had no chance to beat him, i'm just testing Tommuguns virtual chin cause he seems biased and dosent seem to like the negative talk againts Joe, i'm trying to help him not to lose his objectivity!

thats the one thing ive given floyd props for and its being able to win while injured, if lefthook done his homework he'd see that joe brakes his hand in most his fights and is able to win, he broke his hand in the 4th against lacy, need i go on?

Can't you make the difference between a hater and an objective person, i guess not, too bad, you'd be a better person

I did not come here to cause any troubles, you started it with your homework shiet and biased comments, you need to take a taste of reality, joe calzaghe ain't shiet and so are you, if that's your huge boxing knowledge, it sucks

I haven't felt that vibe yet but if you say so, I trust ya!

It's just that i saw that your from the uk, and on all the forums i have visited, except one, all the uk posters are bashing on Kessler and saying Calzaghe will destroy Kessler and ****, they tend to lose their objectivity cause of their hometown boy Calzaghe, i know for a fact that brits love their local fighters and hate to hear negative things about them.
I agree with that 100%

Good point I agree.

Thats why all these post of " Oh my god Calzaghe & Warren called out so & so " mean nothing.
