:laugh: Well the likely happened. Referee steps in during round 4. Calzaghe avg around 90 punches per round. Manfredo was simply out classed.

BS stoppage but peter was not in joes league. kessler has rejected a fight with joe in july, i dont blame him. thats class A ducking by the not so great dane!

I disagreed with the stoppage as well but Manfredo wasn't throwing. It really didn't matter regardless. I truly hope Taylor squares off against Joe. That will make my year early for this year's boxing schedule.

Why would anyone in their right mind go there to fight him. You saw what happened yesterday.
Joe was slapping from the elbow down with those punches & manfredo was bobbing & weaving when the fight was stopped. He couldnt move a heavybag with those punches & the ref stopped it.
Anyone dumb enough to go to UK to fight him is stupid & deserves to get robbed.

Eric you honestly believe that Manfredo had a chance? there were 15 punches un answered and fight fight was stopped I saw the fight and Manfredo did not look hurt but he did not offer the ref any option he could have held Joe take a knee or actually punch back. Joe is punching with both hands and the guy can't sneek a left hook? come on!!! thats b.s now as far as coming to the states to fight I agree some what but if the guys was an American with the same record nobody would be asking him to travel to defend his tittle!! and thats the real deal.
