No doubt a great night for boxing, but not for my predictions haha, besides peter I got it all wrong..

About Haye I was aware of the risks and that he was the favourite, the reason I picked enzo was because I wanted an upset to happen! and guess what it did, but in the diaz fight, campbell exposed diaz all the way and pulled it off, wow
Diaz got beaten to the body and it showed. His wheels were nothing like they normally are. Or maybe he has trouble with that weight now. A move up in class could benefit him if so.
After that fight I'm not sure how sucessfull he could be at 140

Neither do I but we as outsiders don't know if making that weight is getting harder on him. If that's the case he could have better stamina a class up. I mean seriously! Have you ever seen Diaz look so drained by the ninth round?
Never, but in his alst 2 fights there wasnt a ninth round! Also he got caught by good bodyshots from campbell, so for tonight I'm taking no credit away from the Galaxxy warrior, whom Ive understimated

Diaz has no power at 135. He'll have even less at 140
It was a great night of boxing but I'm pissed. I hope Diaz gets a rematch this time. I may sound a little sore on this one, and I don't deny it, but... I think that if it weren't for the cut, Diaz would've whooped Cambell. Especially down the stretch.
Juan didnt look like Juan. i thnik the eye bothered him a lot.. lots of headbutts.

Diaz got whipped fair and square. Cuts are part of boxing. He should of dealt with it better. His inexperience showed.
you know whats funny, the Haye v Enzo fight was pretty controversial in my opinion. The made a bad call which i think ended the fight pretty early. If you watch the stoppage back, the first right hand Enzo takes knocked him down and rather then stepping in and giving him the 8 count the ref lets it go. which i think was the wrong call. 2nd, i dont like the stoppage. Enzo was obviously on shaky feet..BUT he was up fast, reacting the the ref's questions, and really other then his legs being wobbly he looked fine. Now dont get me wrong.. i think Haye would have walked in and gotten the knockout, but i still dont like it.. it could have been a really great fight, but again a ref doesnt let us get to find out.

Im just saying i dont agree with the calls, im not saying at all that it was going to end any differently then it did.

oh and just to clear up, i think the lack of calling the first knockdown, a knockdown, led to Enzo getting hurt worse when he took the 2nd punch that really put him down. So i think if it was called correctly, Enzo would have had time to recover from the first big right hand, and survived a bit longer.

Oh, and did anybody find it weird that Emanuel Steward praised Sam Peter so much? think he's playing him up so people see him as a bigger opponent against Wlad? What do you think?

Excatly my man war is war,if you can't take the heat don't go crying to mama, Cambell did what he had to and stuck to the game plan his corner was superb, I never liked Diaz that much, they allways want to make a big deal about him going to college and all but every time he opens his mouth he sounds like a moron...
And to think some people were saying Diaz would beat Hatton, he dont deserve to share a ring with Ricky.
Baby Bull needs to decide whether he wants a degree or to fight. I really don't think you can master both very long. No way he could see out of the eye from about the 8th on, it's a good excuse for the loss and I think he would have won if not for that. Can't see Campbell as the champ for long, even though he pulled it all together for this one.

and, this is the bottomline. i don't think diaz had any problems other than the fact that he was in the ring with a crafty, determined vet. i don't think he'll opt for a rematch being he'll have to deal with king. i think juan will come back stronger after this loss.
I dont have any problem with any of the stoppages or the fights, they were all great in their own way. All I can say is I'm a huge haye fan now.

Seriously man! Haye is a freaking beast. I hope he does well at heavyweight. He could really ignite that division if he continues on his current path.

Oh, and since I see Katsidis whipping Casamayor, anyone want to start talking about how long it will take Katsidis to demolish Campbell?
Katsidas is the future undisputed lightweight champ.
