Most of what we talk about are boxers that are well known and that have been seen on the major tv outlets,(H.B.O.,ESPN,Showtime,ect.) I was wondering what the local pro level shows are like in your area. We are lucky here in Baltimore. We have several gyms for pro and a lot of amt. action. On the pro level we have 2 venues,Baltimore Boxing and Ballroom Boxing. We have 2 shows in Sept.,1in Oct.1 in Nov., and 2 in Dec. So we have alot to see plus there are amt. shows as well featureing nationally ranked kids. Also to our south is the D.C. and N. Va. area which is rich in boxing talent.
Club shows are where future champs get their start and where you see the back bone of this business, the "journeyman". What do you have in your area?

Well at the gym I go to the one guy has a pro record of 9 wins 1 lost, a lady has a record of 5 wins 1 loss but got robbed, another guy went 13 wins 0 lost than got hit by a car and it ruined his career, he was sparring Larry Holmes. Another guy was a middleweight contender about 20 years ago.
