I do all of those things, except the barbell squats and swimming. I use the staremaster for 10 min, jump rope for 4 rounds, hit the heavy bag like I would in a fight, and I sometimes run. Ive been doing this 8 months now, after 2 months I saw a huge improvement in stamina, speed, and power. P.S. you pay $100 every two months, I pay $15 every month for 5 days a week, 4 weeks a month, but this is at Larry Holmes gym and it isn't like Larry needs the money.

Jumping rope is a very good workout, but I still don't like it. I'll do it, but I won't like it. I'm all right at it. On my good days I only mess up like 3 times during the round.

I'm just starting the left right thing. I will start off with 2 feet, then after maybe 5 jumps, I will go left, left, left, left, left, right, right, right, right, left, left, SCREW UP. And start all over again, and do that until I do less in a row with left and right. It seems to be working.

I went shopping for shoes today. I need shoes that I can workout in with plenty of cushioning. I tried on some Reebocks, then a pair of Vanns. The other shoes were New Balance. The most comfortable of all were the Vanns. I had them in an 8.5 size. That's a half a size too big for me. So I have room for plenty of extra socks. Do you guys have a favorite brand in shoes?

I always where boxing shoes when I workout. I beleive mine are everlast mid tops. They go about 3-4 inches above my ankle. I need a pair of 9's now though. I have a pair of 8.5's and they are too small now.
