Yeh, it is close, both are powerful but technically sloppy fighters, it will be a case of who lands the big shot first.

i think deleon has proven to have a better chin but bautista doesnt have a bad chin. he was just in with a wild fighter who threw crazy. But bautista hits harder than any fighter de leon has ever faught and same for baustia.

Medina gave Bautista alot of trouble on the DLH-PBF undercard, i thought he was going to stop Bautista in the 6 or 7th round but Bautista came through it well. I can see De Leon beating him though.

Im edgeing towards Ponce de Leon but I hope Bautista wins, I really enjoyed his fight and was shouting for him on May 5th in the MGM Grand.
In a sport where many young prospects and champions get protected, respect to Bautista for fighting this fight having just turned 21 years old.

I reckon so. He was too busy with DLH on May 5th but this time he should be in Bautista's corner. Im still leaning towards to De Leon, but i agree with you guys its good to see a 21yr old going for titles and i hope Bautista wins.

Pacquiao only just arrived in LA this week for training, seems very late to start camp for a big fight but apparently the 7-week camp hes going to have is the longest hes had since Morales II.

I think i read Roach is working with the Phillipines team for the world cup thingy, so i think he'll be in Bautista's corner.
