HEy wats up , i like boxing and have been self training for a while almost about 3 years. im a Awsome hitter considering im skinny so i need speed and i dont have speed besides fast swings. Does anyone know how i can increase my dexterity and reflxes and wats good i should eats for my reflexes. Also need mre endurence but just gotta keep working more for that. Plz reply and thx.
