Watch out for too many carbs

Don't load up all day on fruits because of the carbs. They have a tendency to get stored as fat if not properly burned with enough working out. I'd say keep the pecking order of important ingredients being protein, carbs, and fat at a distant third place. Mommy was right, eat those veggies.
haha, indeed! thanks for the information!
Organic is usually better than non-organic.
But fresh is better than non-fresh.
Some organic food stores have one bag of organic carrots laying around for weeks.
Depending on your body type, you may be able to eat carbs if you are skinny, compared to some one who easily stores them as fat.
Not everyone stores them.
This is true, everyone's body is different. You really have to find what works best for you and stick with it. :)
My body type is skinny and I can easily eat many carbohydrates but I don't eat pasta, or huge amounts of bread. The only cereal I eat is whole grain in the morning.

That sounds pretty healthy to me. Do you workout at all??
Typically, I don't have an official workout plan like you do with cardio workout, weight lifting, etc. I am a very active person who runs up and down the stairs, sweeping, cutting heges, raking. And then I also play outside throwing the football, basketball, and soccer.
