if you do, then please feel free to post it here. I am in consideration of changing my workout habits because I been spending too mind time on the punching bag than other things such as speed and not jogging often. But yea if you have a plan, I would like to know what do you do for the week.

Daily routine:
Running 3-5 miles (every other day)
80 push ups
80 crunches
20 sideward crunches both directions
about 15 minutes on the heavy bag
30 minutes of speedball when at the gym
30 minutes of sparring when at the gym
50 reps with 20 pound dumbbells

And most important, I sleep and eat.

Run 15 minutes
5x3min rounds on heavy bag
2x3min rounds of shadow boxing
1x3min jump rope
8min ab work
10min in sauna


Light workout but I have lost a good amount of weight which is what Im trying to do.

I already posted this on another board but its similar so here it is again.

run a mile
200push-ups of various styles
200 sit-ups or various styles
6 minutes of "planks" (pushup osition on elbows and holding) of different styles
60 normal squats without weight
50 calf raises without weight
3 sets of 1 minutes "wall-sits" (sitting with your back against a wall and legs bent at 90 degrees)
8 rounds of shadow boxing
30 minutes working mitts
30 minutes working the bag
30 minutes sparring
run a mile

don't forget to stretch, a lot.
