Most fighters who were Cruiserweights tend to become heavyweights very quickly... I don't know of any really well established Cruiserweight Boxers or Cruiserweight Boxing Rivalries... does anybody really care about The Cruiserweight Division in Professional Boxing?

The divission is one of the deepest in boxing right now. But currently is in a big slump. It was on the rise for about a year or 2 and died about june of this year. Now none of the guys are fighting. Inactivity is killing this division.

Here is a list of some of the top fighters in this division.

O'Neil Bell 26-1-1
Enzo Maccarinelli 25-1-0
Vadim Tokarev 22-0-1
Jean Marc Mormeck 32-3-0
David Haye 17-1-0
Emmanuel Nwodo 20-4-0
Matt Godfrey 13-0-0
Steve Cunningham 19-0-0
Rico Hoye 19-1-0
Krzysztof Wlodarczyk 36-1-0
Marco Huck 16-0-0
Grigory Drozd 25-1-0
Pietro Aurino 37-2-0
Johnathon Banks 12-0-0
BJ Flores 17-0-1
Virgil Hill 50-5-0
Felix Cora Jr. 18-1-2
Dale Brown 35-5-1
Valery Brudov 32-1-0
Wayne Braithwaite 21-2
Guillermo Jones 33-3-2
Chris Bryd is also talkin about movin down to Cruiser.

Bell & Mormeck fought a great fight to unify the titles in January. And last year alot of top 10 cruisers where fighting each other.

Jirov made the Crusiers interesting, ever since he went up to heavy it hasn't been that interesting. Saddly, Jirov hasn't been interesting since either.
