Sorry, my mistake for not reading it properly. I'll put word around on other forums and hopefully you'll get some responses.I am not asking for money, just "ANY" spare boxing/gym supplies or equipment needed for training. i.e. mitts, gloves, wraps, speed bag, etc etc etc.
My thoughts exactly.how much are these equipment that they can't afford it? i bought some glvoes for about 8 uk pounds so 16 dollars or so. my mitts were like 5 uk pounds (10 dollars). surely these guys can go and do car washes for that kinda money. anyway if you are genuine then good luck. i'm from the uk so can't really give you any items and i aint giving you money. peace
Damn I'm hungry now.
if spam makes you hungry then you need to start 'upgrading' to mcdonalds brother lolIf you're for real Groundfighter then maybe you should ask the United States of America Amateur Boxing Federation or the mayor or something.

Yeah I would still be fit but I feel better when I eat lean food. What's your workout schedule? If you work out at least 4 times a week for at least an hour or 2 a day you can pretty much eat what you want
I work out 4 days a week on my own (that's not including what I do with a client. Which is mostly cardio). 1,000 push ups. 1,000 sit up. Run 3 miles a day. Weights only twice a week.Yeah I would still be fit but I feel better when I eat lean food. What's your workout schedule?
Old school training huh? I see you're trying to gain (or keep) some muscle tonus. I lift weights 4 days a week and run twice a week.I work out 4 days a week on my own (that's not including what I do with a client. Which is mostly cardio). 1,000 push ups. 1,000 sit up. On my own yeah. At the gym I'll work along the client. I'll ride the bike with them. If there on the treadmill I'll do that. But that's light work for me. I don't lift weights to much. Cuz I want to stay lean. And not lose flexibility. I don't want to get to bulky.Old school training huh? I see you're trying to gain (or keep) some muscle tonus.
