im planning on making the double end bag an addition to my gym at home. i've searched, and i don't think there are any stores that sell it. i've looked online and found that there are two kinds.

There is a double end bag that is a square and there is one that is a ball. Can someone tell me the difference?

or are thinking of making one i made them before with a small basketball ball i have kicking around, duct tape and bungee straps, and 2 hooks and a 30-40lbs dumbell, i also made one with a tennis ball they both worked great too
