today i woke up and worked out at 10 til about 12, then i worked out again at around 6 til 730, is that ok? my workouts, were basically-
morning-
3/3 min rds jump rope
3/2 min rds shadowboxing
2/3 min rds speedbag
2x20 pushups
Abs

night-
3/3 min rds jump rope
4/3 min rds heavy bag
2/3 min rds speedbag
20 pushups

for the morning workout i wore my sauna suit for the shadowboxing and jump rope sweat like crazy. is there any modifications you see to this or is two workouts bad or okay, looking for input.
