Equivalent to Golden Gloves outside USA?

I've created this thread to help people understand what the equivalent to Golden Gloves is outside of the United States of America. Whatever country it is... name it... and somebody else on this forum may give you an answer and help you out with it. Now... does anybody know what the equivalent of The Golden Gloves is in Australia?:cool:
